Death Note Diet

The information is out there; a plant-based diet decreases your risk of stroke and heart attack compared to a processed meat-eating one.  Most metro/cosmopolitan cities in industrialized western nations make it quite easy to be a vegan, vegetarian or even a part time version of either. Switching to a part-time processed meat eating routine would do wonders for your health, the planet and animal rights. I don’t want to get into the latter two as that would make this post way too long for my tastes. So why the “Death Note” diet? If you haven’t already read the manga series or watched the anime Death Note,  I recommend heading to your local library and grabbing a copy. Once you read Death Note, you’ll get the title of this post. ^_^
